  • Financial Information: Payment details and purchase history are processed securely via Apple; we do not store your credit card numbers.

  • Technical Data: IP address, device identifiers, and diagnostics required for app stability.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We use your data to provide a high-performance, personalized experience:

  • Program Generation: To generate, adjust, and personalize your training programs.

  • Progress Tracking: To track your strength progress and workout history over time.

  • Optimization: To analyze trends and app performance to improve our workout logic.

3. DATA SHARING & THIRD-PARTY AI We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as necessary to provide our services:

  • Third-Party AI (Google Gemini): To generate your "Smart Workouts," TR[Ai]NER utilizes Google Gemini as a third-party AI processor. Subject to your explicit consent within the app, certain profile data (such as fitness goals and equipment) may be sent to Google Gemini to create your personalized programs. We do not share your name or contact info with the AI service.

  • Advertising & Attribution: Subject to your consent via the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, we may share limited identifiers (such as hashed email or device IDs) with advertising platforms like Meta or Google to measure marketing effectiveness.

  • Essential Providers: Partners (e.g., cloud hosting) necessary for the Service.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect user safety.

4. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS Regardless of where you live, we provide the following protections:
