Shipping policy

Shipping Time: Shipping time is stated in business days. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Shipping may come from our local warehouse or directly from our Amazon warehouse depending on inventory availability. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and are out of our control once handed over to the shipper.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

You shipments may arrive in multiple packages from different warehouses depending on our inventory levels. If you do not receive all the items on the same day, that is perfectly normal.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

COVID: Due to the current situation with COVID-19, Element 26 LLC can not guarantee shipping times. No refunds will be given for delivery dates due to carrier delays.
